To begin, combine the honey and butter in a microwave safe bowl and heat it until it’s melted. Next, add in the Jello powder and sugar to the mix blending it in well. Finally, pour the mixture over Topsy’s buttered popcorn and bake it for 30 minutes at 250 degrees. For proper coating over each Topsy’s kernel, stir the mixture every 10 minutes while baking.
Honey Butter Popcorn
